Allyson McCloud

Allyson currenlty serves as the Dean of Faculty at Randolph School, working with faculty from recruitment through their professional growth journey. She served in the middle school as a math teacher, dean, and assistant head for her first 8 years at Randolph, following a decade of teaching middle school math and science in California. With a BS in Biomedical Engineering and MA in Secondary Curriculum and Instruction, she enjoys optimizing systems that benefit faculty and prioritize student-centered teaching and learning.
