Prior to his current role, he held key positions at Davidson Day including Assistant Head of School, Director of Advancement, and Director of Enrollment Management, where he contributed to strategic growth and community engagement. He began his career in education as an English teacher and coach, grounding his leadership approach in a strong commitment to students, faculty, and the life of the school.
