Arielle is the Director of Curriculum at Clayton-Bradley Academy in Maryville, Tennessee, where she leads curriculum, assessment, and professional learning across PreK–12. She works alongside teachers to connect learning research with classroom practice and support the whole child. Her emphasis on mastery-based learning and standards-based grading reflects a belief that assessment should recognize growth and demonstrate understanding.

Her experience includes district curriculum and benchmark development, integrated mathematics implementation, and teacher mentoring. She participated in Teach For America’s Rural School Leadership Academy and received the Greater Nashville regional Sue Lehmann Award for teaching and leadership. At CBA, she progressed from high school mathematics teacher to Upper School Curriculum Specialist before expanding her leadership across all divisions.
