Professional Bio
Jessica Sant serves as Associate Head of School at The Lovett School in Atlanta, where she oversees admission and enrollment, communications, chaplains, school counseling, belonging, parent engagement, and institutional research. She began her career in college admission at the University of Georgia and Emory University before joining Lovett in 2011 as Director of College Counseling. Named Chief Engagement Officer in 2021, she led the design of Lovett's school-wide engagement strategy, connecting employee strengths, parent partnership, student experience, and community belonging to the school's mission. A certified CliftonStrengths coach, she holds degrees from the University of Georgia and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard. She served as President of the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling in 2018 and has received Lovett's Surdyk Award, SACAC's Rising Star Award, and NACAC's Excellence in Government Relations Award. She also hosts Living Lovett: Stories from the Riverbank, the school's podcast.
