Joshua Ireland is Chief Executive Officer of Nashville-based Jefferson Bridge Capital, an investment advisory firm serving nonprofits, foundations, and independent schools.
He previously served as COO and an investment committee member at Woodmont Investment Counsel, one of Nashville’s largest independent advisory firms. His career spans hedge funds, equity research, wealth management, and startup leadership, giving him a broad perspective on capital markets and organizational growth. Josh regularly advises boards and leadership teams on endowment strategy, reserves, and financial sustainability.
A Georgia Tech graduate in Nuclear and Radiological Engineering, he is an active board member for several nonprofit organizations including St. Paul Christian Academy, where his children currently attend school.
