Professional Bio
Karin Montini serves as Associate Head of School at Oak Hall School, where she leads institutional advancement and schoolwide operations in close partnership with the Head of School. She previously served as Director of Teaching and Learning, overseeing curriculum innovation, program development, and academic growth.
Karin began her career teaching mathematics in grades 3–8 and later worked in curriculum development with Kaplan K–12 Learning. She also served on the Oak Hall Board of Trustees, chairing Head of School Support and Evaluation and co-chairing the Head of School Search Committee.
She holds an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a B.S. in Elementary Education from Florida State University, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College.
Karin also serves on the District Board of Trustees for Santa Fe College contributing to governance and oversight in higher education.
