Katrece Holland, W.D.P.

Katrece Holland serves as the Dean of Students at Skyuka Hall, where she is dedicated to fostering a school culture in which every student feels known, valued, and connected. She believes that meaningful relationships are the foundation of student success and is committed to creating an environment where students are encouraged to take risks, persevere through challenges, and celebrate their achievements. Katrece also believes that equity and accountability are essential to student growth, ensuring that every learner receives the support they need while being empowered to take ownership of their learning, decisions, and personal development.

Katrece earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and is a Wilson Certified Dyslexia Practitioner (W.D.P.). She is passionate about literacy and supporting students with learning differences, believing that every child can achieve success when provided with evidence-based instruction, meaningful encouragement, and opportunities to reach their full potential.

Whether welcoming students each morning, partnering with teachers, or recognizing student accomplishments, Katrece is committed to cultivating a school community where every learner experiences a genuine sense of belonging. She is honored to serve at Skyuka Hall and to be part of a team dedicated to empowering and celebrating the unique strengths of every neurodivergent learner.
