Professional Bio
Lauren Rodgers is a dedicated educator with fourteen years of experience in the field of education. She earned her degree in English Education from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama. Throughout her career, Lauren has developed a deep commitment not only to student success, but also to empowering and supporting teachers in their professional growth.
Currently serving as the Upper School Curriculum Director at UMS-Wright Preparatory School in Mobile, Alabama, Lauren works collaboratively with faculty and students to strengthen curriculum, enhance instructional practices, and foster a culture of academic excellence. Her leadership is grounded in a genuine love of learning and a desire to make a lasting, positive impact on both educators and students alike.
