Lisa Ha

Lisa Hà, M.P.A. joined St. Anne’s-Belfield School in September 2020 following 15 years in higher ed and non-profit marketing, where she quickly found that the world of independent school comms was ready for an evolution. Taking an in-house agency approach, her team stopped serving as the school's on demand print center and started serving as a strategic partner. Working hand-in-hand with partner offices, they yielded the highest enrollment in school history for two years in a row. This same approach saw great returns in a prior role at Mary Baldwin University, realizing a 222% increase in residential enrollment in the span of 8 months. Hà and her team members have previously presented at Niche.com's inaugural PK-12 Enrollment & Marketing Summit, NAIS Thrive 2025, the 2025 SAIS Annual Conference, and will be jointly presenting at the 2026 E3n Annual Pre-conference along with Mission & Data.
