Professional Bio

Natalie Pitchford is Chief Advancement Officer at The Galloway School in Atlanta, where she leads the school’s advancement strategy, including philanthropy, communications, and community engagement. In this role, she has led major institutional initiatives that strengthen community connection, elevate the school’s brand, and support long-term strategic growth.

She previously served as Galloway’s Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications and earlier as Director of Fine Arts, bringing together expertise in storytelling, creative direction, and organizational leadership. Her work reflects a distinctive ability to translate mission into meaningful engagement and impact.

Prior to joining Galloway, Natalie led the musical theatre program and Conservatory of Music at The Lovett School and taught in the BFA Musical Theatre program at Illinois Wesleyan University. Her background as a performer and director in professional theatre and music continues to shape her approach to leadership, organizational culture, and strategic impact in independent schools.
