Peter Baron is a Certified Top Coach™ and founder of MoonshotOS, a strategy and leadership consultancy serving independent school leaders.
With over 20 years of experience in the independent school space, Peter works with heads of school, senior administrators, and boards to strengthen business models, sharpen strategy, and build the operating systems that help leadership teams run with clarity and confidence.
MoonshotOS offers four core services: the Strategy + School Operating System, a four-month strategic planning process grounded in business model analysis; the School Operating System, a 12-month leadership operating system; the Business Model Retreat, a facilitated one-day diagnostic; and Moonshot Lab, an annual membership community for current and aspiring leaders.
Peter launched MoonshotOS in January 2024 following a listening tour with nearly 200 heads of school. He hosts the Independent School Moonshot Podcast, publishing weekly with more than 100 episodes to date.
