Professional Bio
Prior to NEOM, Mike was Head of School at All Saints Episcopal School in Tyler, Texas, where he led transformative efforts in strategic planning, resulting in renewed mission and core values. Under his leadership, the school experienced unprecedented growth through an Enrollment Management program and a capital campaign that supported over 30 major construction projects, including nationally recognized spaces like the Center for Innovation and Learning Farm.
Mike also co-founded The Sandbox, an innovative think tank that brings thought leaders together in spontaneous, unscripted conversations to inspire visionary ideas. His 20-year tenure at The Oakridge School in Arlington, Texas, saw him driving strategic initiatives in admissions and implementing a pioneering 1:1 laptop program. He has served on multiple boards and is a keynote speaker, advising on strategic planning, innovation, and leadership best practices. His career reflects a steadfast commitment to educational excellence, forward-thinking leadership, and continuous professional growth.
