Rafael Prikladnicki

A pioneer in the field of remote work, Dr. Rafael Prikladnicki has a wide variety of professional experiences in the interplay of Education, Technology, and Innovation. He teaches and do research in these topics since 2002. He led the Hybrid Learning Project at the Gisela & Daniel Ades Foundation in 2022, helping in the design and development of a solution that was later installed at the Jewish Leadership Academy (JLA) in 2023. He is currently the SIS Administrator and Registrar at JLA and a faculty member at the School of Technology at PUCRS University in Brazil. He has published 60+ journal papers, 150+ conference papers with more than 6k citations and has co-authored 5 books, including the first book in Portuguese about remote work back in 2007. He was a visiting scholar at the University of California Irvine (UCI) and at the University of Victoria (UVic).
