Professional Bio

Caitlin Lopez Rogers is a community-focused professional with a passion for connecting people, information, and purpose. With over a decade of experience spanning public librarianship and independent school advancement, she brings together a librarian’s eye for detail, an event planner’s instinct for memorable experiences, and a strategist’s approach to relationship-building.

A graduate of the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of Alabama, Caitlin began her career with Jefferson County Public Libraries before joining The Altamont School, where she served for eight years in a variety of roles, including Librarian & Archivist, Standardized Testing Coordinator, Independent Study Coordinator, and Alumni Relations Coordinator. These experiences shaped her strengths in information management, program development, and mission-driven storytelling.

Now serving as Alumni and Advancement Services Manager at Altamont, Caitlin leads alumni engagement efforts and oversees database systems that support the school’s development strategy. Her work centers on building authentic relationships, leveraging data-informed insights, and creating meaningful experiences that strengthen community connections.
