Nancy Vandervoort

Nancy Vandervoort holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama. She began her career in business development and marketing for construction firms, where she spent eight years leading strategic growth and client engagement efforts.
A graduate of an independent school herself, Nancy has a deep passion for the independent school model and the transformative role it plays in shaping the next generation. After dedicating the last decade to raising her three daughters and serving in volunteer leadership roles, Nancy has returned to the workforce in the Development Office at Tuscaloosa Academy, where her daughters are enrolled. Her professional skills and personal commitment to educational excellence align seamlessly with her work in support of the school’s mission and advancement efforts.
Nancy is married and remains actively involved in her community, serving through YoungLife and Trinity Presbyterian Church. She is deeply invested in faith, family, and strengthening the educational and community institutions that have shaped her family and continue to serve students in Tuscaloosa.
