Professional Bio
Amir Farokhi became Galloway's 8th head of School in 2025. He is the first alumnus to serve as the school's Head. Prior to coming to Galloway, Amir's career spanned politics, non-profit leadership, and law. He has served as a member of the Atlanta City Council and in leadership roles at national and international non-profit organizations. Amir was an Aspen Institute Civil Society Fellow and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
