With over twenty years of experience in education, leadership, and human services, I have learned that great leadership is a key facilitator for success in an organization. My passion as a leader is developing effective teams; driving towards positive results; and creating an environment of trust, respect and accountability. I take pride in strategic planning to improve student achievement and staff professional growth. Additionally, as a change agent, I constantly use research and data to make decisions that will positively impact the organization.
