  • Cocktails 6-7 PM
  • Dinner 7-9 PM
Tuesday, 9/15
  • Breakfast 8-9 AM
  • Meeting 9-12 PM
  • Lunch 12-1 PM
  • Meeting 1-3 PM
  • Adjourn/Depart 3PM

HOTEL: 

  • After you arrive on the group booking page, login to earn your loyalty points.
  • Enter your stay dates in the calendar at the top of the screen.
  • Please make your reservations before August 20.
  • Hotel check-in: 3:00 PM; Hotel check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Please pay for your own hotel room and submit with your expenses after the meeting.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT: A form will be provided to submit your expenses following the meeting.

DIETARY: If you have any dietary preferences that you did not include with registration, please email lori@sais.org. Special meals require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice.
