Event Details
Independent schools are operating in an environment that is changing faster than many of the assumptions inside them (shifting demographics, new school choice funding, a growing field of microschools and alternatives, AI, and rising expectations from families and faculty). This three-part virtual cohort series gives senior leaders a focused space to work through the four questions shaping that landscape:
-
Are we becoming easier or harder to choose?
-
Are we connecting students to the skills their future requires?
-
Can we keep and develop the teachers this moment demands?
-
What kind of school must we become next?
Across three 2-hour sessions, participants will examine current data and trends; test them against their own school’s context; and use a shared framework of purpose, people, practice, proof, progress, and parameters to decide what to strengthen, redesign, or stop. Participants will leave with a clearer read on their own school’s position, sharper questions for their teams and boards, and a mission-anchored way to lead the adaptive work ahead.
The group will meet via Zoom from 3:30-5:30 PM Eastern / 2:30-4:30 PM Central on these dates:
- February 18
- March 18
- April 15
