2024 Summer Conference Exhibitors

Event Details

The SAIS Summer Conference is an excellent opportunity to connect with independent school professionals in the Southeast. Attendees will learn from experts and develop new skills as they focus on the environment, experiences, and programming vital to the growth of their schools.

Audience: division leaders, deans of students, counselors, heads, assistant heads, and others who engage in student support

Anticipated # of attendees: 100-125

Schedule:
- Booth set-up: 10 AM-12 PM on Monday, June 24
- Booth tear-down: No later than 11:30 AM on Wednesday, June 26
- Full event schedule

The $1,595 exhibit price includes:

  • a 6'x30" table with one chair (this is a TABLE-TOP show)
  • registration & meals for one booth rep (you may add up to 2 additional reps for $125 per person - we will reach out for your booth rep registrations in May)
  • logo & listing on 2024 supporters webpage
  • listing in printed conference program
  • hyperlink on conference webpage & mobile event site
  • hyperlink in one reminder email & eval email
  • logo on welcome slide
  • acknowledgement from podium
  • wifi & electricity
  • mailing labels of all conference attendees as of June 7

BAG STUFFER: You may include a bag stuffer for an additional $200.

  • Each conference attendee will receive a tote bag at registration pre-stuffed with conference materials and sponsored items.
  • Your item can be no larger than 8.5″x11″ and no more than 1/4″ thick. This could be a brochure, notepad, pen, koozie, etc.
  • Bag stuffers must be received no later than 6/7/2024.
  • Please note there are a maximum of 5 bag stuffers; first come, first serve. If you have questions, please contact anna@sais.org.

ON-SITE PERSONNEL

Conference registration is included as follows:

  • Registration is included for one (1) representative per 6’x30″ exhibit table.
  • You may add up to two (2) additional reps for $125 per person.
  • We will contact you in May to ask for the names of your on-site personnel.
  • All personnel must be employees or representatives who receive commission, brokerage, or salary from the exhibiting entity.
  • All personnel must be over the age of 21.
  • No pets or animals allowed in the exhibit or meeting space.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT

Booth placement will be assigned IN THE ORDER RECEIVED.

BOOTH PACKAGE & RESTRICTIONS

Each exhibitor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and 1 chair.

Due to space restrictions, larger tables will not be available.    

  • Signs over 6′ wide and rugs that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.
  • Booths not dismantled by the end of the allotted tear-down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Return shipping will incur an additional fee.
  • All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the hotel.
  • SAIS reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict exhibit activities during the meeting that in the sole judgement of SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting’s purpose.

MAILING ADDRESSES

Mailing addresses for all conference registrants will be provided two weeks prior to the conference so that you may snail-mail a brochure. These are for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. They may not, in whole or part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the one-time mailing associated. Unfortunately, we cannot release attendee email addresses due to our privacy policy.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Payment may be made by credit/debit or ACH. The form defaults to credit/debit but ACH is selectable. 

Exhibitor cancellations received in writing to info@sais.org before June 7 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations received after June 7 are not eligible for a refund.
