2025 Administrative Leadership Institute Sponsorship & Exhibits
Event Details
The SAIS Administrative Leadership Institute is an enriching opportunity on relational and personal leadership is for independent school administrators who supervise adults, evaluate teachers, and/or work with parents. The program is led by psychologists Rob Evans and Michael Thompson.
Audience: division heads, directors, deans, and other leaders who are not heads of school
Anticipated # of attendees: 35
The $1,700 sponsorship price includes:
- a 6'x30" table with one chair (this is a TABLE-TOP show)
- registration & meals for one booth rep (you may add up to 2 additional reps for $150 per person - we will reach out for your booth rep registrations in May)
- USPS mailing addresses of attendees
- logo & listing on 2025 supporters webpage
- Hyperlinked logo on conference webpage
- Hyperlink in one marketing email
- Hyperlink in one reminder e-mail
- Hyperlink in one evaluation email
- Logo included in printed program
- Verbal recognition at the conference
- Logo on conference signage
- Table drop: You must provide pre-approved item (flyer, brochure, notepad, pen, koozie, etc.) that will be placed at each table.
MAILING ADDRESSES
Mailing addresses for all conference registrants will be provided two weeks prior to the conference so that you may snail-mail a brochure. These are for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. They may not, in whole or part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the one-time mailing associated. Unfortunately, we cannot release attendee email addresses due to our privacy policy.

NOTE: SAIS does not utilize the services of a housing vendor for any events. Neither SAIS nor the hotel will call you to make reservations over the phone. Please use the above hotel link to secure your reservation directly with the hotel.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Payment may be made by credit/debit or ACH. The form defaults to credit/debit but ACH is selectable.
Sponsorships are not eligible for a refund.
Exhibitor cancellations received in writing to anna@sais.org before May 9 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations received after May 9 are not eligible for a refund.
