The SAIS Curriculum Symposium equips independent school educators and curriculum leaders with the tools and insights needed to create learning experiences that drive student success and foster continuous learning.

- Booth Set-Up: February 11, 12:00-2:00 PM
- Expo Hours:
- February 11, 2:00-6:00 PM
- February 12, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Booth Tear-Down: February 12, 3:00-5:00 PM
Exhibit Fee:
- 6'x30" table with one chair: $995
- Booths will be assigned by the SAIS staff on a first come, first served basis.
Included in booth cost:

ON-SITE PERSONNEL
Conference registration is included as follows:
- Registration and meals for one booth rep. You may register an additional booth rep for $200.
- We will contact you in January to ask for the names of your on-site personnel.
- All personnel must be employees or representatives who receive commission, brokerage, or salary from the exhibiting entity.
- All personnel must be over the age of 21.
- No suitcasing.
- No pets or animals allowed in the exhibit or meeting space.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT
Booth placement will be assigned IN THE ORDER RECEIVED.
BOOTH PACKAGE & RESTRICTIONS
Each exhibitor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and 1 chair.
Due to space restrictions, larger tables will not be available.
- Signs over 6′ wide and rugs that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.
- Booths not dismantled by the end of the allotted tear-down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Return shipping will incur an additional fee.
- All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the hotel.
- SAIS reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict exhibit activities during the meeting that in the sole judgement of SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting’s purpose.
MAILING ADDRESSES
Mailing addresses for all conference registrants will be provided two weeks prior to the conference so that you may snail-mail a brochure. These are for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. They may not, in whole or part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the one-time mailing associated. Unfortunately, we cannot release attendee email addresses due to our privacy policy.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
-Payment may be made by credit/debit or ACH. The form defaults to credit/debit but ACH is selectable.
-Exhibitor cancellations received in writing to anna@sais.org -
- Before December 13 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee
- After December 13 are not eligible for a refund
