2025 Institute for Heads Sponsorship
Event Details
The SAIS Institute for Heads is an energizing and nurturing retreat offering thoughtful, nuanced conversations on complex issues facing heads of school. The program is led by psychologists Rob Evans and Michael Thompson.
Audience: heads of school + spouses
Anticipated # of attendees: 30
The $2,500 sponsorship price includes:
- Attendance for one representative at the reception and dinner on the first night as well as breakfast the next morning
- USPS mailing addresses of attendees
- logo & listing on 2025 supporters webpage
- Hyperlinked logo on conference webpage
- Hyperlink in one marketing email
- Hyperlink in one reminder email
- Logo included in printed program
- Verbal recognition at the conference
- Logo on conference signage
- Table drop: You must provide pre-approved item (flyer, brochure, notepad, pen, koozie, etc.) that will be placed at each table.
MAILING ADDRESSES
Mailing addresses for all conference registrants will be provided two weeks prior to the conference so that you may snail-mail a brochure. These are for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. They may not, in whole or part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the one-time mailing associated. Unfortunately, we cannot release attendee email addresses due to our privacy policy.

NOTE: SAIS does not utilize the services of a housing vendor for any events. Neither SAIS nor the hotel will call you to make reservations over the phone. Please use the above hotel link to secure your reservation directly with the hotel.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Payment may be made by credit/debit or ACH. The form defaults to credit/debit but ACH is selectable.
Cancellation: Sponsorships are not eligible for a refund.
