Join us for six Tuesday conversations with early career heads in years one to three of headship. Connect with peers who understand the complexity, pace, and weight of the role. Dr. Brett Jacobsen, president of SAIS, will facilitate a Zoom discussion group designed exclusively for heads in their first three years.
Rather than offering one size fits all solutions, these sessions are designed to help you think more clearly, surface the right questions, and learn alongside peers facing similar challenges. Through guided conversation, Dr. Jacobsen will empower and challenge the group as you explore together and help one another.
The group will meet via Zoom from 4:15-5:00 PM Eastern on six Tuesdays:
Members are both partners and friends. We offer schools and school leaders a steady direction, a helping hand, an open ear, and a warm heart.
Applying for membership is a mulit-step process and typically takes up to 12 weeks for a school to complete. The final step to full membership is becoming accredited by SAIS within three years of becoming a candidate.
