Session Flow:

• Welcome & Intros (5 min) – Quick check in and introductions
• Discussions (30 min) – Two focused 15-minute rounds on pre-announced topics where you choose your discussion group and share as much or little as you'd like
• Highlights (5 min) – Group reflection on key insights and takeaways
• Connections (5 min) – Post questions and connect with colleagues who can offer resources, answers, or new connections
