Eligibility & Participation Policy
SAIS programs are designed primarily for leaders and employees of independent schools. While SAIS membership is not required for all programs, participation and sponsorship opportunities may be limited to individuals, schools, organizations, or businesses that align with the SAIS mission and model of independent school governance and operation. SAIS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny, cancel, or revoke any registration, participation, sponsorship, or exhibitor status in its programs and events. If a registration or sponsorship is denied or revoked under this policy, the affected party will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less a 7% administrative and processing fee.
