A booth at the SAIS Independent School Brand Summit: Where Communications, Marketing, Enrollment, & Advancement Converge offers the opportunity to make personal contacts at a variety of schools.
This event brings together experts and practitioners to explore the evolving landscape of school branding, storytelling, and strategic positioning in an increasingly competitive market.

Exhibitors are invited to increase their brand exposure with one or more of these a la carte options:
TABLE DROP $295
- You have the option to add a table drop to your exhibit package.
- You must provide pre-approved item (flyer, brochure, notepad, pen, koozie, etc.) that will be placed at each attendee table.
- Please note there are a maximum of 5 table drops; first come, first serve.

ON-SITE PERSONNEL
- Registration and meals are included for one booth rep.
- You may register an additional booth rep for $200 (if needed) when we contact you in January to ask for on-site personnel info.
- All personnel must be employees or representatives who receive commission, brokerage, or salary from the exhibiting entity.
- All personnel must be over the age of 21.
- No suitcasing.
- No pets or animals allowed in the exhibit or meeting space.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT
Booth placement will be assigned by SAIS.
BOOTH PACKAGE & RESTRICTIONS
- Each exhibitor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and one chair. Due to space restrictions, larger tables are not available.
- Signs over 6′ wide and rugs that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.
- Booths not dismantled by the end of the allotted tear-down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Return shipping will incur an additional fee.
- All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the facility.
- SAIS reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict exhibit activities during the meeting that in the sole judgment of SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting’s purpose.
MAILING ADDRESSES
Mailing addresses for all conference registrants will be provided two weeks prior to the conference so that you may snail-mail a brochure. These are for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. They may not, in whole or part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the one-time mailing associated. Unfortunately, we cannot release attendee email addresses due to our privacy policy.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
-Payment may be made by credit/debit or ACH. The form defaults to credit/debit but ACH is selectable.
-Exhibitor cancellations received in writing to anna@sais.org
- BEFORE December 12 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee
- AFTER December 12 are not eligible for a refund
