Join fellow leaders from SAIS member schools for collaborative, supportive discussions designed to build community and address shared challenges in education. This event is open exclusively to employees of SAIS member schools. Our virtual roundtables provide a structured yet welcoming space for school leaders and educators to connect, share successes, and problem-solve together.

Session Flow:

• Welcome & Intros (5 min) – Quick check in and introductions
• Discussions (30 min) – Two focused 15-minute rounds on pre-announced topics where you choose your discussion group and share as much or little as you'd like
• Highlights (5 min) – Group reflection on key insights and takeaways
• Connections (5 min) – Post questions and connect with colleagues who can offer resources, answers, or new connections
