Feedback That Fuels Growth: Rethinking Evaluation to Support Retention

Faculty turnover drains independent school leaders' time and resources while undermining the student experience and school culture. Forward-thinking leaders are leveraging strategic feedback and professional growth initiatives to distinguish their schools, creating environments where exceptional educators choose to work and stay because they feel seen and valued. This webinar will guide school leaders through reimagining feedback as an ongoing catalyst for professional fulfillment and career longevity. Participants will gain practical tools to design feedback frameworks that elevate teaching excellence while fostering the supportive, growth-oriented culture that top educators seek. You'll leave with clear next steps for implementing feedback practices that transform teacher satisfaction, reduce turnover costs, and establish your school as a destination workplace for exceptional talent.
