Head of School Roundtable

Joining this month's heads roundtable is Mohamed Massaquoi, founder of VESSOL and an organizational psychologist. Before establishing VESSOL, Mohamed worked in finance at Morgan Stanley and had a five-season career as an NFL athlete, following his selection as a second-round pick by the Cleveland Browns in the 2009 draft. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Georgia, as well as a certificate from Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development. At UGA, Mohamed served as the 2008 team captain, earned first-team All-Southeastern Conference honors, and was an Academic All-SEC member. He was also named to UGA’s 2018 40 Under 40 class and served on the UGA Alumni Board from 2017 to 2020. Through his experience on the field of football and organizational life, Mohamed will illustrate how to cultivate high functioning teams.
