Bob Weston
Senior Vice President, CCS Fundraising 

Bob Weston, senior vice president, brings to CCS 30 years of independent school experience and expertise as an educator, administrator, and fundraiser. During his career, Bob has held several senior administrative positions and worked extensively on hiring and recruiting faculty, collaborating on institutional strategic planning, and directing annual, major gifts, and capital campaign fundraising programs.

Bob has worked with dozens of schools on a variety of studies, assessments, leadership trainings, and capital campaigns. A seasoned fundraiser with a keen understanding of the unique value proposition of an independent school education, Bob has supported case development, particularly as it relates to the importance of endowment, as well as donor engagement strategies that have elevated philanthropic support and helped schools conduct successful campaigns ranging from $5 million to over $100 million.

Bob received his M.A. in English literature from Middlebury College and his B.A. in English from Amherst College.
