Join this webinar as Tom Olverson (author of Leading through Strategy) explores how strategic business principles can be effectively applied to the unique challenges faced by independent schools.

The development of strategy is a fundamental element in leadership. But for too many schools, strategic plans fail to make a lasting impact. Leading through Strategy provides independent school leaders a systematic pathway for creating a strategy that will help schools better live their respective missions. Combining both the micro and the macro, the book provides a practical guide for producing sustainable change. Applying key principles from the world of business, Leading through Strategy will open your eyes to new possibilities while grounding your actions in a realistic and comprehensive approach to change, all to help our children grow and thrive.
