TERMS OF SERVICE
This Agreement is made by and between the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) and [School], effective as of [Date of Purchase], for the purpose of providing Predictive Index (PI) Assessment and Facilitation Services.
1. Purpose
This agreement outlines the scope, expectations, and limitations of SAIS’s delivery of Predictive Index (PI) services to [School]. The purpose of these services is to support leadership development, team effectiveness, hiring practices, and organizational culture using the behavioral insights provided by the Predictive Index.
2. Scope of Services
SAIS will deliver services as outlined in the selected service tier(s) (Partnership, Team, or Search). Services may include:
- Administration and interpretation of PI Behavioral Assessments
- Team analytics and blind spot analysis
- Leadership and team coaching sessions
- Strategy alignment workshops
- Job targeting and candidate fit analysis for hiring
All services will be provided by certified SAIS facilitators using the Predictive Index platform and tools.
3. Confidentiality
All data collected through the Predictive Index assessments will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes defined in this agreement. Individual results will be discussed only with those who have completed the assessment, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon with the school and participants.
4. Use and Limitations of Assessment Tools
The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment is a validated instrument designed to assess natural workplace behavioral drives. However, SAIS emphasizes the following limitations:
- Not a clinical tool: The PI assessment is not designed to diagnose mental health or medical conditions and must not be interpreted as such.
- Not a sole decision-maker: It should not be used in isolation to make employment decisions such as hiring, promotion, or termination. It is most effective when paired with professional judgment and other relevant information.
- Participant consent: The Sharing of assessment results is conducted only with the knowledge and consent of the individual participant. The school is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for participation in any surveys facilitated by SAIS. SAIS relies on the school to ensure all required permissions are in place before participation.
- Facilitation, not therapy: SAIS's facilitation is grounded in organizational development, not counseling or psychological intervention.
Disclaimer: By entering this agreement, [School] acknowledges that Predictive Index data is one of several tools used to enhance team and individual effectiveness. SAIS assumes no responsibility for how schools choose to act on the results and encourages all employment or leadership decisions to include a holistic review of multiple data sources and contextual considerations. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for participating.
