Acies Strategies provides consulting and leadership coaching services for small and mid-sized independent schools. Brooke Carroll, Ph.D., Principal Consultant and Coach, holds a doctorate in educational psychology from the University of Minnesota and has 30 years of experience leading schools and nonprofits. She has served on eight school and non-profit boards in various roles and is an ICF-certified leadership coach. She is the author of the book Governing the Small School: Strategies for Boards (2022, Bold Story Press).
