Since our founding in 1987 as a small executive search firm serving nonprofit organizations in New York, DRG has grown exponentially. We are now a majority women-owned business and a team of more than 40 consultants in 16 states across the United States, serving nonprofit organizations, foundations, schools, and other purpose-driven organizations.
