Aubrey Bursch is the Founder & CEO of Easy School Marketing. With 25+ years in marketing, development, and communications (and 20 years working with independent schools), Aubrey helps small schools increase enrollment, retention, and revenue with practical strategies that fit real-world capacity. She co-hosts the Mindful School Marketing podcast, leads Small School Leaders (a free monthly meetup), and built Small School Solutions, an affordable professional development membership for small-school teams. Aubrey also organizes the annual Small School Leaders Conference.
