Event Details

Sponsoring the SAIS Academic Support & Student Well-Being Conference offers the opportunity to make personal contacts with a variety of schools.

This event brings together academic support specialists, counselors, nurses, deans of student life, community and belonging practitioners, and athletic trainers to delve into the latest research on student well-being along with cutting-edge instructional strategies to empower every student in their school.

Anticipated # of attendees: Up to 300

When: February 7-9, 2027

FRIEND SPONSOR FEE $995

  • 6'x30" table with one chair: $995
  • Booths will be assigned by the SAIS staff on a first come, first served basis.

You may register an additional booth rep for $200 in January when we reach out for your booth rep information.

ADD-ONS

Exhibitors are invited to increase their brand exposure with one or more of these a la carte options:

TABLE DROP $295

  • You have the option to add a table drop to your exhibit package.
  • You must provide pre-approved item (flyer, brochure, notepad, pen, koozie, etc.) that will be placed at each attendee table.
  • Please note there are a maximum of 5 table drops; first come, first serve. 
  • Please contact anna@sais.org with any questions or your item idea for pre-approval.

KEYNOTE SPONSOR $995

  • Logo on signage
  • Noted in program and mobile page
  • 60-second video played prior to keynote
  • There are 2 keynotes; first come, first serve.

RECEPTION SPONSOR $795

  • Logo on signage

  • Branded napkins
  • There are 2 receptions available; first come, first serve.

LUNCH SPONSOR $795

  • There is 1 lunch available; first come, first serve.

ON-SITE PERSONNEL

  • Registration and meals are included for one booth rep.
  • You may register an additional booth rep for $200 (if needed) when we contact you in January to ask for on-site personnel info.
  • All personnel must be employees or representatives who receive commission, brokerage, or salary from the exhibiting entity.
  • All personnel must be over the age of 21.
  • No suitcasing.
  • No pets or animals allowed in the exhibit or meeting space.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT

Booth placement will be assigned by SAIS. 

BOOTH PACKAGE & RESTRICTIONS

  • Each exhibitor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and one chair. Due to space restrictions, larger tables are not available.    
  • Signs over 6′ wide and rugs that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.
  • Booths not dismantled by the end of the allotted tear-down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Return shipping will incur an additional fee.
  • All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the facility.
  • SAIS reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict exhibit activities during the meeting that in the sole judgment of SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting’s purpose.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

-Payment may be made by credit/debit or ACH. The form defaults to credit/debit but ACH is selectable.

-Sponsor cancellations received in writing to anna@sais.org 

  • BEFORE December 12 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee
  • AFTER December 12 are not eligible for a refund
