Conference Day 1: The Exchange
The Exchange is a 90-minute, high-engagement opening experience designed to move leaders from reflection to action. Grounded in research, sector data, and real-world practice, each session invites participants to test ideas, challenge assumptions, and strengthen their leadership in real time. This is not a message delivered from a stage. It is leadership work done together.
The Exchange has four different pathways, covering timely topics across the education sector.
- The Heads Forum: Exclusively for heads and trustees, this forum examines SAIS sectorwide data and emerging signals shaping the independent school landscape.
- Designing Future-Ready Learning Today: Discover how we intentionally set the conditions today for deep and transferable learning in an evolving educational landscape.
- Sustaining Faculty Motivation & Engagement: Unpack what's driving teacher burnout and attrition in our schools by diving deeper into data from the SAIS motivation & engagement surveys and focus groups.
- Mapping the Parent Journey: Learn how the decisions and emotions of parents, combined with the experience of interactions with your school, shapes the family journey.
The Exchange is included with conference registration. Please select your session when registering.
