Sponsoring the Institute for Administrative Assistants offers the opportunity to make personal contacts at a variety of schools. 

This event brings together independent school executive and administrative assistants to discover practical strategies and resources to effectively support an independent school administrator, division, or department.

  • Table drop: You must provide pre-approved item (flyer, brochure, notepad, pen, koozie, etc.) that will be placed at each attendee table.

PLEASE NOTE: SAIS does not utilize the services of a housing vendor or third party booking agent for any events. Neither SAIS nor the hotel will call you to make reservations over the phone. Please be aware that occasionally unauthorized third parties not affiliated with SAIS may attempt to coordinate your reservations by phone or email. Please use only the official link from SAIS above to make your arrangements directly with the hotel and not through a third party.

ON-SITE PERSONNEL

  • Registration and meals are included for two booth reps.
  • We will contact you in May to ask for on-site personnel info.
  • All personnel must be employees or representatives who receive commission, brokerage, or salary from the exhibiting entity.
  • All personnel must be over the age of 21.
  • No suitcasing.
  • No pets or animals allowed in the exhibit or meeting space.

BOOTH PACKAGE & RESTRICTIONS

  • Each exhibitor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and two chairs. Due to space restrictions, larger tables are not available.    
  • Signs over 6′ wide and rugs that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.
  • Booths not dismantled by the end of the allotted tear-down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Return shipping will incur an additional fee.
  • All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the facility.
  • SAIS reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict exhibit activities during the meeting that in the sole judgment of SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting’s purpose.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

-Payment may be made by credit/debit or ACH. The form defaults to credit/debit but ACH is selectable.

-Sponsor cancellations are not refundable.
