Sponsoring SAIS TransformEd: Teaching & Learning Conference provides valuable opportunities to build meaningful relationships with independent school educators and decision makers from a diverse range of schools. 

This event brings together a variety of educators and curriculum administrators to explore cutting-edge pedagogical ideas, innovative instructional strategies, and game-changing educational tools designed to drive meaningful impact in the classroom.

Anticipated # of attendees: Up to 200

When: February 9-10, 2027

  • Set-Up: Tuesday, February 9, 11:30 AM-12:30 PM
  • Tear-Down: By 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 10

FRIEND SPONSOR FEE $995

  • 6'x30" table with one chair: $995
  • Booths will be assigned by SAIS on a first come, first served basis.

ON-SITE PERSONNEL

  • Registration and meals are included for one booth rep.
  • You may register an additional booth rep for $200 (if needed) when we contact you in January to ask for on-site personnel info.
  • All personnel must be employees or representatives who receive commission, brokerage, or salary from the exhibiting entity.
  • All personnel must be over the age of 21.
  • No suitcasing.
  • No pets or animals allowed in the exhibit or meeting space.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT

Booth placement will be assigned by SAIS. 

BOOTH PACKAGE & RESTRICTIONS

  • Each sponsor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and one chair. Due to space restrictions, larger tables are not available.    
  • Signs over 6′ wide and rugs that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.
  • Booths not dismantled by the end of the allotted tear-down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Return shipping will incur an additional fee.
  • All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the facility.
  • SAIS reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict exhibit activities during the meeting that in the sole judgment of SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting’s purpose.

  • Group rate: $194
  • Hotel cut-off date: December 18 or earlier if the block sells out

NOTE: Neither SAIS nor the hotel will call you to make reservations over the phone. Occasionally unauthorized third parties may attempt to coordinate your reservations. Please use only the link provided to secure your reservation directly with the host hotel.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

-Payment may be made by credit/debit or ACH. The form defaults to credit/debit but ACH is selectable.

-Sponsor cancellations received in writing to anna@sais.org 

  • BEFORE December 12 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee
  • AFTER December 12 are not eligible for a refund
