Leading Design-Driven Change | Facilitating the SAIS Blueprint Sprint

Participants will learn to guide teams through the full Blueprint Sprint process, develop facilitation skills, and apply design-driven methods to impact meaningful change in their schools. Each chapter includes a short video, hands-on activity, and micro-assessment that combines knowledge checks, scenario questions, and reflection prompts.

Who Should Register: This credential is designed for school leaders who want to facilitate design-driven change within their organizations.

Credential Usage & Restrictions: The tools, frameworks, and materials provided in this credential are for personal and organizational learning purposes only. Participants may not use, license, or adapt these materials to provide paid facilitation, consulting, coaching, or training services to third parties, or to receive any form of monetary compensation.

Time Commitment
Participants should allow approximately 15 clock hours to complete the course.
