How it works
- Identify a pressing strategic priority from your school—an initiative, project, or challenge with the potential for significant impact.
- Bring a team of two or three if possible. This could include a combination of head of school, leadership team members, trustees, division leaders, curriculum directors, grade-level leaders, etc.
- You may also attend individually. If it is a solo endeavor, we will take care of you.
